Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days:
Products must be in their original condition with original labels and tags attached.
Packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us atadmin@escolhido.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Always ensure that your parcel has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded. Returns sent without a tracking code are your responsibility. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Order cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Return costs
There is no charge if the product has been damaged by the carrier or has a defect.
However, if the customer has ordered the wrong product, if the item does not suit them or if they no longer want it, the actual return costs will be charged to the customer.
Damaged products and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately at admin@escolhido.co.uk if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the problem.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
