Delivery charges
These delivery conditions apply exclusively to deliveries within France. We cover all delivery costs for each order. All our products are delivered free of charge to your home in France, with no minimum order value required.
Shipping your order
Have you found the perfect look on our site? Of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and dispatched quickly.
Here are the average delivery times for all our orders:
Order deadline: 17:00 (GMT+1).
Order processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Average delivery time: 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery costs: Free delivery.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a personal tracking code by e-mail, enabling you to track your order via our delivery partner.

Defective product?
We're sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, sometimes products are damaged in transit. If this happens, we will send you a new parcel at no extra cost. Please note that we cannot offer a refund for the first replacement. If there is also a problem with the second delivery, we will issue a full refund.
Changing your address or telephone number
Do you need to change the telephone number or address you provided when you placed your order? Contact us as soon as possible at admin@escolhido.co.uk before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to make any changes. In this case, you will have to return the parcel and place a new order.
Lost parcel?
If a parcel is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will first send you a new parcel before considering a refund. If your order has not been received 60 days after dispatch, you can request a refund.
